Everyone is different and we all change at our own pace. It depends on a range of factors, including type of goal, challenges and blocks, our motivation levels and how ready we feel to change. Therefore, I cannot say exactly how many coaching sessions you will need.
One session may be all that is required for your particular life challenge and/or goal and I can provide that for you.
However, if you want to experience greater change several sessions may be required. I find for most people, a course of six to ten sessions can make a real difference in their lives.
I recommend that we meet either weekly or fortnightly (with a week of integration) for maximum effect.
